Buying a print
Question - How long does it take to get my order delivered?
Answer - All prints are delivered within a maximum of 5-7 working days, subject to availibility. All prints are delivered flat packed. Please be aware that non UK customers are responsible for paying any duties or import charges, if applicable.
Question - Does SmashBangWallop.co.uk have a guarantee?
Answer - If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days for a refund but you must contact us first for authorisation. Please read our full guarantee here.
Question - What if I receive my order and it is damaged?
Answer - Please keep the packaging material. SmashBangWallop.co.uk will have the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you. Just contact us or call us on 020 8771 5517.
Question - Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
